GetPro Services (“we”) runs mygetpro.com to book home-repair visits in the San Francisco Bay Area. This page explains what we collect when you request an estimate.

What we collect

Name, phone, city or ZIP, service type, job notes, and optional photos you upload. If you use “use my location,” we receive an approximate location to fill city/ZIP — we do not continuously track you.

How we use it

To send a specialist from our team, confirm the visit, and follow up by phone or text about the job you requested. We do not sell your information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site — pages viewed and anonymized session recordings — so we can fix problems and improve booking. These tools may set cookies and receive usage data on our behalf.

Sharing

We share job details with the GetPro specialist on your visit, and with vendors who host our site or phone tools, only as needed to complete the request.
